Director of Radiology Laura Brant

Laura Brant is Grace Cottage Hospital’s new Director of Radiology, replacing Joel Tidd who has been commuting from his new home two hours away.

Laura has worked in health care since becoming a nurse assistant at age 16. She has a Radiology Technology degree from Southeast Community College in Nebraska, and a Medical Assistant’s degree from Denver Technical College. Prior to coming to Grace Cottage, she was Director of Imaging at Yuma District Hospital, where she and Mick (see above) met. They had a lot in common, including the fact that they both grew up on family-owned ranches in Yuma.

Laura likes Vermont’s rural environment and the small community atmosphere where she can concentrate on providing patient care with the new CT scan and digital X-ray system.
