At the Annual Meeting of the Otis Health Care Center Board, Roger Allbee was nominated and unanimously voted in as Board president. Vice President of the Board is Deborah Boyle of Brattleboro, former OHCC president Neil Pelsue of Newfane is Treasurer, and Secretary is Kathy Ballantine, of West Townshend. A resident of Townshend, Allbee is the Vermont State Executive Director of the United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency.
